A question I get asked at almost every show:

Over the years the question I get asked the most is - are these places actual places? Or did you make them up in your head? (or something along those lines)


And the answer is that all of my landscape paintings are of actual places. They are created from photos I take on walks/hikes, road trips, and wandering around.


For instance, below is the image I used to create "Reunion" and the painting beneath it.
